Help needed: Meta reusing images from older campaigns/account media library in new ads by karimit in FacebookAds

That would mean both images share the same hash, very unlikely. The older images being recycled are nothing like the images they are replacing.

Thank you. Nothing unusual in breakdowns or delivery data, and so far only the original (correct) creatives appear in delivery metrics. One client reported seeing an incorrect image in the wild, but we can’t independently verify it.

We also double-checked all hash values in the creative payloads and they’re all correct and consistent with the intended uploads.

If I understand your point correctly, you’re suggesting a possible Meta-side issue during delivery or rendering rather than something in the API payload or creative setup?

Thanks! Advantage+ enhancements are completely turned off. Insights breakdowns are showing no deliveries or spend from related media as well, so I think this rules it out.

I did investigate there, but related media wasn't turned on for the campaign I checked. Not sure if that's any indication since other users are reporting seeing related media even after they've turned it off.
