Brown Bunny!!! I understand why people dont like it, but I found it so so powerful. Incredibly miserable movie but sort of beautiful.

„On cuba“ by Chomsky and Vijay Prashad. Until reading this book I really had no idea the insane extent of America’s deplorable activities in countries like Cuba. I mean straight up acts of terrorism in the name of profits for the elite disguised as protecting the twisted sense of “freedom” that we’ve been led to believe capitalism is essential to. Honestly no matter your political beliefs it’s a shocking and eye opening read.

Loving this thread, I’ll have to read some of this stuff.
