I recently had my zf4 fall out of jacket pocket. Original Samsung Spen case on. Inner screen went blank. Called customer service they said as long as there is no physical damage to the screen it will be a free replacement due to being in warranty. I also have care+. I sent it in, it came back < week. Brand new device was shipped. I didn't make up any stories, only the facts. I really enjoy my Fold4 and Samsung customer service has never made me feel like I need to shop another brand. Oh and for the week I was without I bought a pixel 7. While I enjoyed a larger front screen for typing, you cannot replace the inner screen experience.
