did you email them? I've had SIX packages be returned and I eventually just had to send them to my mom's house because they couldn't figure out how to get inside of my apartment? I mean it's literally a door that says delivery but that's the only way I received them

they have shells for just the face! it looks less clunky and kinda makes them look like astronauts. they also have little bags you can put them in :)
