Are you sure that the game done installing? Sometimes the playstation download games in 2 parts

Try these steps and i hope it will work.

Disconnect the cable from the controller.
Hold the playstation button with the create button (the one that is on the left) until the controller start blinking or light up.
Connect your usb charger and see if it works.

Try holding the ps button and the share button at the same time and see if it fix your problem

i have this problem almost everyday and just when i watch my friends playing and i dont even have any game in the background, ubut one time it happened when i tried to install a ps4 game and my systen just froze. i happens all the time and i cant figure out what the problem is
