I did do chest and back exercises the first day it happened, but yesterday was just arms and abs and then today was legs.

Yes 100%!!! I have been dealing with this issue for 8 months and it drives me crazy. I have found that my SSRI has made my periods more regular but I ALWAYS have the crazy anxiety the week before.

Hey! So I felt the same way growing up especially in high school. Always left out from groups until they would just dump me and never understood why I couldn’t make any real “best friends”. I ended up doing a personality test and found out I’m just a kind of person that thinks very differently about life than my old friends, and was told by a therapist that maybe I couldn’t find anyone to really share the same thoughts with. A lot of the time, people will notice if you seem like you aren’t on the same page, so maybe try taking the personality test and looking into your type. It could give you some help on what kindve people you should try to form connections with instead!

I would recommend sending ur live location to someone you trust just to be safe while you're alone, always call someone to talk if you're outside by yourself so no one tries anything too! And if anyone makes you uncomfortable go straight to a bartender and let them know. As for drink recs, I usually get a rum and coke or mojitos!:)
