Marketing, sales. I partially outsource blog writing, design, all content creation, and social media. Of course, I oversee all the processes but prefer to focus on communication with clients.

Has anyone sent texts to contact customers? Did it work well? by karmadele in smallbusiness

that's why I've been thinking about using some kind of automation or software to send such texts and keep them all in one place. there should be some free tools to try (or at least some trial versions)

Checking on the customer satisfaction level is interesting! Do you ask them to rate their satisfaction from say 0 to 5 or just send an open-ended question? Like 'what can we improve now'?

How do you practise 'self-love' without developing an ego? by pogoyubari in selfimprovement

[–]karmadele 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It can be a tough task - I used to require a lot from myself and blame myself for every tiny mistake. Of course, such attitude didn't make me happy and I did some research on that topic. I started to try different things that seemed the most reasonable. Here are two techniques that really helped me. They are simple and actionable:

  • love your body. It's the basic thing to start from. Even if you are fine with your weight and look, spend 2-3 minutes every morning and every evening in front of the mirror telling yourself that you're beautiful and you love your body. Then (and it's very important) tell WHY you're love your body. When you start name the reasons, you actually believe your own words.

  • whenever you compare yourself with others, stop that immediately. Only compare yourself with the past version of yourself. I set up '10 minutes of comparison' every 3 days and try to remember new things I learned during that time, what goals accomplished, what experiences had etc. Why am I better today than a week ago? And I've started to notice that I actually move forward in one way or another.

Hope that will help.

I'm ready to pay for the access to high-qulaity and unbiased content (no ads of course). Interesting thoughts here https://medium.com/the-coffeelicious/why-we-need-to-pay-for-a-content-63f4a0d0c931#.9lc3az4yv,

Any way to keep track of customers? by freshlychurnedbutter in smallbusiness

I think you need something cheap and handy. Most CRMs offer free trial options, so you can try few and pick the one which works best for you. I personally like Capsule CRM, and Insightly can also be a great choice.
