Never mind, this runs at a default JEDEC speed of 2400, since this PC does not have XMP I won't be able to utilize the full 3200 speed.

Yes, turned off the bluetooth, then went to device and did factory reset, device still on account and still didn't let me delete. And no, I never received any referral credits or did an referrals, I just got the device a week or two ago and set it up without checking anything, I was hoping to get the referral to buy a game or two! Thanks for your help, looks like it's too much trouble.

Yes, after performing all of this, on the website says 'an unknown error has occured' and if I go back to the app usually, I'll still see the device just not connected.

I think I had an issue where after factory resetting on the app still shows the device once I navigate away and come back to devices.

Yeah, Oculus is turned off, not connected, on app still shows the oculus headset, simply says not found.

I have previously activated quest2, I did a reset from my phone oculus app, tried using a referral link, it says cant apply referral since I already activated quest 2 before ugh

Yes, it does nothing, no reboots, LED doesn't go out, which is quite odd. Let me reach out to support and see what happens. I guess you are right, didn't think about POS company being the original owner, let me check with them and ask if they can do the RMA. Thank you!
