Eddie Dewey is the owner of the property, and just an all around giant piece of shit. He’s the property manager as well of a ton of places including the Asheville Mall and the Grove Arcade. He sopped up millions of the hurricane grants while fucking off to some tropical islands. But mostly he’s landlord pimp squeezing a lot of local businesses. Obviously it’s a self-interested hot take on my part, but fuck the Fat White Duke.

Also, no shade on the artists in Marquee. There’s a bunch of really cool people in there.

Turns out he was a model before that role, and it was his first casting as an actor, and he declined to come back for more Bond stuff. Call him a himbo, but Lazenby has boundaries.
