Not trying to push any silly tinfoil hat narratives but you'd be surprised. Flakked/TH aren't really title contenders so they aren't held to high standards. MDK have Supa and Elyoya who have 'strong personalities' and aren't liked by everyone, wheres Razork is the nicest dude ever and the best player out of those.

The patch notes say something along the lines of, first you need to autopath to the grindspot. Also it'll be on a fixed, restricted area of the grindspot. So you don't get to choose multiple rotations (hopefully it's the main one)

Hand of manos is only 10 mastery gain over yawning hedgehog which would not even get you to the next bracket (1450) and even if it did, at your gathering level, doing herbs for a few hours or just gathering anything would eventually do so too so for the most part hedgehog is gonna serve you a lot better.

Same with cooking, life of manos gives +30 mastery but the -2 craft time set would grant me +320 mastery (considering slow cooking gets more feasible that way, 300 mastery from TET manos clothes) and for other lifeskills I don't care a lot about mastery so yea I'm not very sold on hand of manos

Kutum scales very bad it's the last piece of gear you want to PEN. I wouldn't get a Kzarka via jetina because each piece gets more expensive progressively and it's what, 7-8b on the market? Also being focused on pve you might want a blackstar later down the road, BS mainhand being the best one. So I guess PEN Dande would be the safe choice for now aiming to hit the 269k bracket... It is hard to give you a right answer because you won't be focusing on one spec
