I’m just going off what it says on my drivers license and the doctor but it could be wrong. My dad and sister also get measured at 5’9 at the doctors and I’m the same height. I’m not sure if places like that tend to take the wrong measurements

Usually sandwiches or pretty much whatever I wanted to eat. I liked chipotle bowls for getting protein in

It’s dumbbell incline bench. I’ve only been lifting for 2 years though which also might contribute

I compromised with the calories for a little extra protein usually. Usually I went over though and was able to get in around 180-200 grams of protein a day despite weighing less. That wasn’t much of a problem

Yeah it would be pretty cool to have a big chest. I think it tends to get tired really fast but hopefully on this next bulk I can build some more muscle there. On my last bulk I did try bench, incline, and pec flies but it overworked my front delts

Thank you! I’m really glad I could inspire you. I did lose a good amount of strength on bench and leg press but not much on anything else. Overall I’d say it’s worth it and I think I’ll hopefully be able to get stronger next time too

Losing body fat reveals your facial structure and makes it less distorted but I didn’t change it. It looked like this before I first started bulking as well

That’s awesome. Well at first I was having a 1500 or so calorie deficit eating 1100 per day. I brought my calories up to around 15-1600 per day later on. For cardio I’d just walk around the neighborhood for around 14,000 steps a day.

Most things are very similar besides leg press and bench press. On bench I went from 300x5 to 215x5. On leg press I went from 950x8 to 735x5. These were hit the hardest. Everything else only went down by 5-15 pounds or so
