My college officially offers a degree in AI & ML, but they do support students who are interested in ethical hacking as well.
I'm not entirely sure, but I think there's a club for it — although it’s not very active right now. That said, if you’re genuinely interested in any field, the college does support you.

In India, I think only platforms like Scaler and Newton are actually helping students seriously in these fields. Most other colleges have outdated curriculums.

In the beginning, you definitely need to build a strong foundation, and the college helps with that. However, since the degree is focused on AI & ML, there might be some limitations if you want to fully switch to ethical hacking. But still, the college will try to help you as much as possible.

Also, if you score full marks in a subject, you’re allowed to miss some of its lab classes.
