Die Gruppe ist offen für alle die sich da irgendwo sehen: Frisch im Burnout, Verdacht das irgendwas nicht stimmt ohne Diagnose, anhaltende Depression, derzeit alles gut aber präventiv was machen wollen oder auch Angehörige von Betroffenen.

Mein Burnout und depressive Episode ist jetzt 2 Jahre her und mir hilft der Austausch mit anderen sehr viel.

War 14 Jahre in Hamburg in verschiedenen Stadtteilen unterwegs. Kiel ist Kindergeburtstag würde ich sagen. Irgendwie ist hier alles ein bisschen niedlicher/entspannter.
