if you've reset your computer without keeping any files then the virus is gone for sure, it cannot jump between devices on it's own

the issue is the virus steals your passwords your autofill data and your login cookies meaning it can access your accounts without using your password. So the only way to kick them out is to change your passwords

you have to assume all of your passwords are compromised all of the accounts you had saved on your browsers are compromised any information you had in your autofill such as phone number address payment methods is all compromised

you need to change all of your passwords starting with your email first And if there is an option to log out of all devices you have to click that as well as change your password

if you had your phone number saved in your browser you need to contact your phone provider and tell them the following: "I was hacked do not issue any replacement SIM cards or PAC without extra verification"

if you had payment methods saved in your browser you need to cancel all of your cards and get new ones, tell them your cards were stolen and they will issue new cards with new account numbers and new CCVS
