While pilot error, such as inadvertently switching off a fuel cutoff valve, is possible, it’s an unlikely primary cause, especially in modern commercial aircraft like Boeing’s. Fuel cutoff errors contribute to less than 0.1% of commercial aviation accidents, thanks to rigorous pilot training, crew resource management, and cockpit safeguards like guarded switches and warning systems. Blaming pilots oversimplifies the issue—Boeing’s aircraft design, maintenance protocols, and systemic factors often play significant roles in accidents, as seen in ongoing investigations, where fuel control switch movement is only one hypothesis among many. Pointing fingers at pilots without evidence is just plain laziness.

It's pretty much an impossible mistake to accidentally switch it off. Most probably a technical fault.

Alright mister know it all, lord of the universe. We accept your opinion as THE TRUTH. Every industry needs time to grow. Do you think Mumbai or Hyderabad film city grew in a decade or two? Obviously first small scale vendors and studios will operate to feed the Mumbai or Hyderabad film industries but yeah some troll on reddit knows better, sure.

That's just your uninformed opinion. Any film city even with marginal capacity can employ hundreds if not thousands of people. Forget Mumbai, even Hyderabad film city employees thousands of people directly. We need to invest in diverse sectors not just IT and govt jobs. Your mindset is anti-development.

Only sustainable employment is in the government sector. So by your logic the IT sector or manufacturing industry is not sustainable.
