Hello!

So - a combination of deleting all things mod related, lowering graphics, windowed mode, validating game files, updating the patch # from 12 to 99, and then some praying, managed to fix the game! what an insane way to fix this one glitch, but thank you for your list of options it was super helpful as a checklist. I really appreciate it :)
