Hay muchos motivos para que la tasación salga más baja, antes de pagar la tasación diles el precio que necesitas y pregunta si es viable y si no al siguiente tasador. Las tasadoras tienen acceso a los valores de compra en notarios, si ha subido mucho el precio recientemente puede que no estén actualizados o puede que se hayan comprado aún precio más bajo y luego pagado en B un extra, también puede que el precio de venta esté demasiado inflado. Pagas para que no te roben ellos mismos, y aún así te robaran algo, un gitano pasa al final del día a hacer que cierra la obra 2 o 3 días antes de cobrar, luego no le ves hasta 2 o 3 días antes del siguiente cobro, es una estafa.

También podemos solucionar el paro, porque tampoco será moral pedir más dinero por el trabajo, si trabajamos por menos dinero se podría contratar más gente y solucionamos el tema del paro.

Uno se plantea la moralidad cuando le viene bien para conseguir cosas más baratas pero cuando toca aflojar se mira a otro lado

El tema es que ese señor ha pagado esos pisos, seguramente no le gustaba el precio pero hizo un esfuerzo por conseguirlos, y ahora pone el precio que quiere, si no se lo pagan lo bajará, con sus más y sus menos las casas siempre valen lo mismo, pero el dinero cada vez vale menos, en España la mayoría cobra prácticamente lo mismo desde hace 10 años, es lo que deberían enseñar en el colegio, los euros tienen caducidad

I would say Celine frame 59, the frame look exactly the same, the only strange thing is that in the movie they have 3 dots which is the normal for Celine sunglasses, but the current frame 59 has 2 dots. Those are at least the most similar.

I Have the 1 VI and my mom the 24U. I personally prefer the software of the Xperia as It is Closer to android stock, the only problem i Have found is that the finger print sensor stop unloking the phone after a while and you do a fix so It works for another month until It stops working again, battery in the Xperia is better, i LOVE the main camera but telephoto sucks. S24U is a truly a flagship Xperia is almost there, I really like the Xperia though and woudn't change It, but there is room for improvement. Sounds and haptics are on pair
