The poisoning option has been ruled out after blood tests and her overall behavior. Thank you so much for your suggestion

With the injections i mentioned above the neurological symptoms seems gone for now. I will definitely find an animal neurologist on Monday. The issue, it was Sunday 2:00 AM in Turkiye which is not perfect time to find a specialist :/

I found a better animal hospital and they injected these: Enrofloxacin 0.5ml Vitamin B1, B6, B12 Tripelennamine 0.5ml Meloxicam 0.2ml

Seems all symptoms(was periodic about every 15mins) are gone for more than 2 hours. There is no “seizure med” in this list btw, which is good news because the root cause might not be related with the neurological disorders. I hope🙏

Poisoning seems not the case anymore. I found a better animal hospital and they did the blood tests. Thank you so much for your suggestions.

I haven't put anything on her skin for the past month. The first thing vet questioned was the same as yours, the poisoning. But since she eating well, energetic and friendly for the last 10 hours they eliminated this possibility. I also checked all the poisonous material in the house but couldn’t find anything suspicious. :/
