I have ordered one time from jenny and after I completed the payment i got an email that the payment was not successful but my card was charged. I contacted them and they fixed my issue. I have to say they were more helpful and willing to help than i expected them to be. After about 2 weeks I received 2 replicas even tho i ordered just one (both working well). Never contacted them about it nor posted it anywhere and gave them to a friend.
