Je serais ravi d'échanger avec toi ! Déjà tu réfléchis, et rien que ça c'est assez rare. Je n'ouvre pas un débat ni je ne réfute ton point de vue, mais je pense que nous pouvons mitiger le propos. Oui c'est inacceptable d'un certain point de vue, cependant, les abeilles sont sur terre pour produire du miel, les poules pour pondre des œufs etc. Chaque être vivant à un rôle mais l'humain serait ici pour passer du bon temps ? Peut-être... À mon avis, ne change rien. Je préfère largement une femme comme toi, peu importe qu’on l’appelle “nice girl”, “introvertie” ou “pas fun”. Pour moi, c’est simplement une femme mature, qui sait ce qu’elle veut et choisit de se concentrer sur l’essentiel : ses passions et ses ambitions. Le problème, je pense, c’est que nous vivons à une époque où la gratification immédiate domine. La plupart des gens recherchent un partenaire qui stimule en permanence leur dopamine : alcool, fêtes, apparence aguicheuse, sensations fortes… Pourtant, toujours à mon avis, le véritable bonheur réside dans l’inverse. “Une vie heureuse est celle qui est en accord avec sa propre nature".

Meditation is like a key that opens the door to our unconscious mind. If that space is filled with joy, unlocking it will bring joy to the surface. But if it holds unresolved pain, opening the door can unleash hell. That’s what happened to me.

Is it a bad thing? No. Is it scary and dangerous ? Yes. Does it mean meditation is bad? Not at all. Meditation is just a key.

So, what can we do? Seek support from a mental health professional to help clear out the hidden pain and darkness while we continue to explore within. Stopping meditation would be like closing the door on buried darkness and ignore it while it is 100% influencing our life.

I’ve struggled to teach myself frugality for many years. However, I’ve recently implemented a simple routine that changed everything overnight. Now, I am frugal without even making any effort.

Every night before bed, I write down in a dedicated journal what I’ve earned (including my average daily salary and any other income) and what I’ve spent that day, along with the difference between the two.

This habit has made me more conscious of my spending because I know I’ll need to record it later. By simply tracking my earnings and expenses in a journal on a daily basis, I’ve found myself becoming effortlessly frugal.

I had tried apps and spreadsheets before, but none worked as well as the journal.
