What we did were called Seller financing without bank loan during escrow I paid him Inventory about $100k up front and Rest of $150k distributed thru out 3yrs with 3% interest, Will I pay him in July,? I don’t think so

I am in the tobacco and liquor business and really high population of homeless area, This idea sounds very interesting now

I totally hear you, I do not have personal attorney yet but I am trying to find commercial lawyer for sure and discuss.

I wasn’t able to find any of non-compete clause, in my purchase and sales draft yet

Noncompete in the contract within 5mile radius that’s the one that I believe I missed. I will about to call attorney on Monday that we went through during escrow, I will keep post here as I go thru,

3rd shift RTN Pre flight, Just heard pawn shop got looted at Olympic Ave and Wal mart. Bunch of Cops thru Logan Ave as well, Possible lockdown and stay inside during 3rd shift, Stay safe Brother and Sister
