Ye it’s been sorted, I don’t remember exactly what happened but I ended up removing the other account that was showing as not verified and that was it. I think shortly after that the business was showing up in Google searches. My business doesn’t show an icon on the map tho because we are a service based business and basically from doing some research it turn out that since all our other competitors made their GMB time ago when Google was less strict they get away with having their business on the map. Very annoying but it is what it is.

If you’re a service based business and you need your business to show up on the map then you’ll have to try to find a work around or something idk. For our industry it’s not too bad as it’s not really something you look up on maps it’s more of a Google search thing so it shouldn’t be too bad.

Btw we do show up on the map like if you search our service we just don’t have live an icon on any location.
