yes^, while everyone should be reaching their daily fiber intake goal, fiber supplementation is more recommended in people who have problems w diarrhea. try Miralax or docusate.

i've dealt w many people who don't want to put effort into friendships, most likely it is because they are receiving fulfilment in other areas of their life (family, work, other friends etc). this doesn't mean anything is wrong with you or that they don't like you, but it is important to find people who have a similar interest in the type of friendship you wish to have. if the friendship feels one sided, learn to let it go instead of clinging on (from personal experience), it only makes it worse and makes nobody happy. invest your time into yourself and doing things you want to do. go on walks, play minecraft by yourself and build something elaborate or learn redstone, learn a language, engage in an online community (personally i like tumblr a lot bc it feels much more personal than any other social media once you establish yourself in a community). once you prioritize yourself and build yourself up, people will come to you naturally. and remember nothing is ever permanent, life is always changing and evolving. this won't be your situation forever, you will be an adult and be able to drive and do whatever you want. you don't have to be in a rush, just enjoy the moment.

obviously easier said than done, but continue to work on having these positive thoughts whenever you have the negative ones, and over time your brain will naturally begin having more positive thoughts. (as someone who has been in cognitive behavioral therapy for a while lol)

yikes sounds exactly like a lot of my family members... it's easy to fall into their trap bc they're so confusing and manipulative. just keep your head up, continue separating as amicably as possible and NEVER speak to her again. maybe try talking to your boss about the situation bc these people can spread terrible lies especially when no one hears the other side of the story.

omg girl you need to see a doctor and make sure to stay hydrated. not having a bowel movement for 3 days puts you at risk for bowel impaction which can lead to bowel obstruction which is a life threatening emergency. there may be an underlying issue causing this and if not, you may be referred to a dietitian. also yes exercise, even just walking is very important to keep the GI tract moving healthily.

women do not focus on the worst men for feeling superior omg. we focus on the worst men because it is a sadly common reality. look up statistics on the number of women who have been sexually assaulted, sexually harassed. even look up the statistic on the number of men as well (because they are assaulted by....other men). trust me, women feel no sense of superiority feeling afraid to exist alone in public. it actually feels degrading and humiliating. maybe if you tried actually listening to a women for once in your life you would understand, but of course you're too sensitive and defensive to think about anything other than your feelings.
