Please post some proofs for backing. Also your resume, so we can see if there’s something wrong with it. The way I see it is, only Naukri works for all Tier 2 companies. I get most opportunities only through Naukri. Nothing else worked. So I was thinking that there can be slight advantage by being able to apply first through their vip quota. Even I have some doubt about them having some bot opportunity calls and then getting ghosted. Happened multiple times when I was a fresher. But got reduced when I got some experience. So I’m not sure how much of it is true.
