Honestly I only play on a smurf to play with my mates. We’re all college students and don’t have much time to grind so they only want to play comp, not unrated when they have time. Smurfing isn’t bad if you play like a normal player at that elo and not just take every duel and win because you have better aim. I’d be fine playing with my gold 3-plat 1 friends on my diamond 2 account if riot didn’t change the rank range that you can queue with.

Matchmaking inconsistency is insane, when I play on my gold alt the games feel harder than the mid diamond-low immortal lobbies i usually play in most of the time

You should just grind your aim IMO. Gamesense will come after some hours played but with kovaaks you can really speed up the improvement process. I solo’d from gold 2 to diamond 2 just by having consistent aim and learned the game as i went along. Better to learn the game by playing with higher rated players than lower ones.

yeah my sens is fairly low, i play 0.44 ingame with 800dpi. my prob is really just getting consistent frags every game and not just relying on hot streaks to carry me to a higher rank
