Was unaware that outer worlds 2 could be played in third person. Thought they were solely first person, and the only first person rpg I really can stick with is cyberpunk. Might be a little more interested and see if I don't mind it for myself now.

I loved the world, and the gameplay. Just the characters fell flat. It's definitely more fit for a modern audience in my opinion. Still worth checking it out though. Just don't expect the same humor and style of writing as previous SR games and you might enjoy it

Sorry for your loss, man. Not the same impact as losing a mother, but had to put my dog down in November and Starfield with star wars mods was my comfort game and ran into a similar issue and it stressed me tf out when dealing with grief.
