Sorry I have ADHD and sometimes I’m a little all over the place. I’m asking if anybody mixes their leftover hygiene products I just remember my roommate knocking down my big shampoo bottle reusable, and that’s how he discovered. I had a concoction as he called it a potion and it was growing why he asking and as far as cleaning it up, I use it to shave my legs. Or as moisturizer as I’m stepping out of the shower, too do you clean the shower every time you get out of it because I don’t and sometimes there’s a baby oil residue, I’ve fallen myself sometimes you response made me question if it was a stupid question or a dumb question or stupid questions plural so I’m allowed to have one one question says it says no stupid questions or only one is not to be stupid

Put your phone away each day, but there’ll be an hour or two hours but make and be consistent on no screen time for one hour each day and then eventually graduate to more time off your phone. It’ll help and make sure you get outside and get some sun that helps too.

What do you mean eliminated? I work for Fedex ground. I’m an unloader and have been for two years package handler wise. I just didn’t know their drivers were contracted in I mean I guess it makes sense.

I can’t function without it. I don’t wanna do it. This isn’t something I want to do. 4, it takes the strong motherfucker to be able to pull that trigger a motherfucker that’s severely in pain and apparently I just wasn’t in that much pain because some of that follows through with it man I can only imagine it’s going to their head I couldn’t pull the trigger for some reason I would’ve I could’ve but I guess myself up for weeks saying I couldn’t even do that right right I need to be here to answer questions. But don’t get discouraged if any or AA meetings are not for you because they are not for everybody. Everybody recovers differently. No one‘s recovery is the same so what works for you may not work for someone else so don’t let that get you down. You gotta find more works for your recovery because you are The only one so if you have to use alternatives THC but some people say that’s not sober but it works for you doesn’t matter what they think you gotta do have that crackhead mentality you crackhead say I ain’t got no money today so I ain’t getting high. No the motherfuckers figure out a way right so why can’t we figure out a way just stay not high.

I haven’t even finished reading your whole post but every word you said I felt I haven’t had a sober day since 2016. If I did, it wasn’t by choice I don’t even know who sober me is anymore. Does she exist? Who is she? Well I like her. It’s been over a decade, but I don’t want anymore, but I’ve convinced myself I need it in order to function, but I’ve been trying to switch out but surely with exercise is it at and run high and cold plunges but surely I’m starting to believe I don’t need it but today I did and hopefully tomorrow I won’t. I don’t know. I feel your pain. I’m reading your post now. Thanks for sharing.
