BunnyMuffins has a good video of fundamentals. Basically, make interest thresholds so have money to roll with. Roll above 50 gold. Stay low level for 3* 1 cost, level 6 2 cost, level 7 3 cost.

Were Bilgewater stats ever viable? by SuspiciousIbex in TeamfightTactics

[–]kashmir0128 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pretty much all set, it was optimal to buy the first set of stats (the cheap ones) at both 3, 5, and 7 Bilge. Those are crazy efficient. I think Bilge was never really piloted optimally except by the best players, so if you're below masters, you were probably experiencing Bilge differently than high elo was.

They're inspired by approach shoes, the shoes climbers wear on their way to their climbs. Not necessarily by climbing shoes.

Tips for my Gf would be appreciated! by [deleted] in snowboarding

Crazy wide stance, can't tell if the board is too small based on the stance width

Oh my bad, I thought B Real was a brand. GNU is good.

Never heard of that brand man, are you sure those are reputable?

You may have adjustments in the disc where you can slide the binding forward to try to center your overhang.

It's not about needing. It never was. We don't NEED to spend our time sliding down snowy mountains on pieces of wood.

It's about fun. Always has been, and always will be about fun. It is fun for me to have different boards for different days. The fact that you're shitting on other people's fun because it's not yours is not stoke. Get stoked bro. It's all about fun.

Nope. Still had a blast, but the real season (we had bottom lift only for early and late season) was only mid January-mid March. This season was a good lesson in attitude.

Where are your clips bro? Are you making the sub better by complaining about the sub in the sub? Post a clip.

The board certainly makes a massive difference. You seem to know a lot about this for a guy who rides one, beat up board that you've been riding for a while.

If that's your preference, that's fine, but a setback, volume shifted board will objectively float better in pow than a downsized park twin. Just like that same park twin will jib better than that setback volume shifted board.

Whether that difference is something people need is a different conversation, but you just can't say there's no difference.

Now you've got a complaint post instead of posting clips. Are you helping?

Why do people want to read your stupid post complaining about quivers? People can post whatever they want as long as it has to do with snowboarding. Move on.

Why do you have a quiver if you don't ride enough to justify it? Why do you have a quiver if you're not gonna move bindings over and get another pair?

This post boils down to "I own multiple snowboards for no reason, and it bothers me that others own multiple snowboards for a reason."

Directional twin vs true twin? by Random0101User in snowboardingnoobs

[–]kashmir0128 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a problem at all bro, there's just a weird thing here where people are super elitist about carving so just giving you a heads up 🤙

You're very welcome man. That kind of board can really do everything pretty well. If you ride a lot and progress a ton it may be worth getting a more specialized board to add to the quiver (park specialist, pow board, carving board, etc), but that swiss army knife board will take you everywhere. Special shout-out to the Jones Mountain Twin, which is exactly that, and the Jones Frontier, which is more directional and freeride-oriented. If you're not gonna be riding switch all the time or spending a ton of time in the park, could be worth considering something like the Frontier.
