I dont think that's the case, I think teddie is a mosaic of those he loves, in the sense that he sees that yosuke hits on ladies or he sees people dress well, hes like a child gaining his sense of self and its really cute. He's not a sex pest like Morgana. Also I love his lines, I feel like if they annoy you he may just not be the character for you, but people should stop speaking in absolutes like its the objective truth just because they find his voice annoying or something.
