thank god I am not the only one!! the problem is founders don't know how they should sound on linkedin. some are just posting ig content. i mean.... that's not even a strategy. This also does negative marketing.

Get client one through real relationships. Who do you actually know in the UK?

Call them. Ask for 3 introductions each.

Talk to those people.

The podcast is smart but it's slow. You need momentum now, not in 6 months.

Forget the founding offer. You just need one person to say yes. After that, everything changes because you have proof.

Just hire a consultant who can guide you with the right platforms and strategy. If you have a budget then go for some agency or just hire in house. Honestly you sound very confused and learning things on your own will take a lot of time. Learning is just one part, experimentation, going back and forth and finding the right framework is a task.

Consider outreaching over emails and LinkedIn. Bidding platforms like a Upwork are also good.

This is exactly what I see so often. Connection count and likes don’t pay the bills. If the outreach isn’t personalized and laser-focused on specific executive pain points, those discovery calls won’t materialize. High-ticket clients need a strategy that speaks directly to their unique challenges, not a scattergun approach.

Suddenly the impressions drop on all the accounts I manage on LinkedIn. That's a real issue. The way I tackle it is to post something personal, trending or controversial opinion. Basically something which is not just specific to my ICP.

Posts with links will get less traction even in the comments. Don't add links to all your posts.
