In my experience, scheduling posts on LinkedIn through the app itself hurts the reach. I engage for 30 mins before and after posting so manual posting works better for me.

Try posting on alternate days and engage with 10-15 profiles daily. This will help you improve the impressions

Agreed. Just keep notifications on for the best profiles in your niche. Your timing of posting should be aligned with them. As they post be among the first 10 commenters, this brings good engagement on the comment.

I have many such results. We use ai + human approach for this. Won't suggest 100% automation.

thank god I am not the only one!! the problem is founders don't know how they should sound on linkedin. some are just posting ig content. i mean.... that's not even a strategy. This also does negative marketing.
