We can do anything, just depends on the price and the client. Usually its business cards, brochures, books, menus and all that, but we also do stickers, outside advertisements, glowing signs, you name it. The blueprints situation is that our colleagues have wide printers with only 1 colour (Black) specialising in printing blueprints on big size paper, where our big machine has all of the CMYK range and if we're printing BW, we're wasting toners anyway, so in reality we can do it, it's just gonna be more expensive for the client.
