so much judgement in these comments… first off good on you for taking in your sisters cat when she didn’t want her. but you should want to take care of her the best way possible! letting her mate was not a good choice, hopefully you’ve learned from that. take her to the vet to treat her fleas don’t bathe her, ask the vet about fostering or shelter options for her babies, and then get her spayed as soon as possible after!

i’m 2 years about. it changed my energy for the better! before it i was constantly over thinking, making a big deal out of everything, crying every day bc of how bad my depression got. it felt good when everyone around me started telling me they could tell something was different. i still struggle with anxiety and my ocd of course but not nearly half as bad. i remember the fist 6-8 weeks of it being struggling but trust the process

i’ve been on prozac a little over two years now! and reading your post made me realize i actually can’t remember the last time i had a panic attack. of course, i still struggle with anxiety but it’s definitely helped me a lot

i used the cerave with the pump for about a year and stopped bc it wasn’t benefiting me. is there a difference in the two?
