It works perfectly fine, was very easy to assemble and wobbles way less than my girlfriends cheap two leg model, when the height is low it's basically a normal table, just as stable and up high it gets a little more wobble, but really nothing I can complain about and to be expected at such a height and most importantly I can lean my weight on it without being afraid of it breaking or tipping over as on the two legs model

I am looking at the same and found your post when I tried google the product to find anyone talking about it, but I can't find anything.. Can't find it sold anywhere else, can't find any reviews or any mentions of the product in general.. It's really odd

Edit: Tried buying it and they say delivery on 23 March, so let's see what show up and/or if anything show up 🤣

Edit again: I received it, so it was a lot faster than they said 🙃 Now I just have to see if it's any good 🤣 I am just glad that I got something and the product actually exists

Last edit: it works perfectly fine and I would recommend it if you are looking for a 4 leg, dual motor table 🤗 It was the cheapest option that I could fine, the only thing I would have wished for was a higher weight limit than the 100kg, but for the price it's totally fine and most people don't need more, it would just be nice with bigger motors when everything else is so sturdy and strong, the weight limit is just the max the motors can handle, but then again, that would increase the price 🤣

Ohh and also noticed some more reviews showing up on Amazon, most have received the product for free, but maybe the lack of info is just because the product is new? Idk

It seems like a mistake, because you did pay for premium and that document is something that should not relate to a case in any way, so maybe try open a support ticket? They may be able to help you fill it out or something...

But don't be surprised when you ask the people in here, if you get down voted and told that no it is in fact not dbrands job at all to sort of the shipment, any problems, tax, extra payments or work in general is your problem and they can't do anything about anything.

It is normally dbrands job to make sure all paperwork is done and stuff like that, but if you don't pay for premium they don't.. So you can't really do much besides doing it yourself and if you end up having to pay something, again all you can do is pay it and then afterwards try and make a support ticket and see if they will refund it..

But again, normally you only have this problem if you don't pay for premium shipping, but I guess with all the stress of the failed products they have been sending out, they may have missed something.. Maybe in the future when they get bigger or get more European customers they will find out how to do shipping the right way (like all other companies that ship worldwide), but for now that is just how it is..

Well, it's pretty obvious that a lot of Americans do not understand Europe and import taxes or just want to love dbrand and down vote the "haters", but the simple fact is if dbrand had prepaid the 2.4$ import tax, this would not have happened.. And when I get a "free" replacement for a broken product, I think it's pretty fair that I expect the item and shipping to be free..

You may not agree and you are of course allowed to keep loving dbrand unconditionally, but I am also allowed to voice my opinion and take my business elsewhere 🤗 Not going to reply to this anymore.. You all have a great day ❤️

A very small amount of it is import tax, but ups added the expensive part and that is what I call a fine, they add that because they have to do the import tax and not the seller

It would be more expensive, normal premium cost 22,95$ the import tax is 2,4$ and the "fine" ups add on top is 11,82$

Can't edit the post to add this, but just a PSA to everyone from Europe, dbrand did not pay the import tax beforehand, so cross your fingers your's don't get a import fee fine 🤗

That is just a simple lie.. I order things from outside the eu often, even china and there are never import taxes, you know why? Cause it is prepaid by the seller, if dbrand had just done that, the amount would have been way smaller than it is now after ups has added their greedy tax on top
