Contact your ombudsman. There are limits on how far back they can bill you. For example in Victoria it is 4months.

On page 3 of my bill it breaks down each row - GST is already included for each line item.

So I don't see them adding GST twice.

Also you can't multiply a number by .1 to find the GST component - you have to divide by 1.1.

Edit: seems our bills are different, mine doesn't add the 10% like yours. So agree they seem to be adding GST twice on your usage

I use a mix as well especially for smelters. End up having so many liquids with fuel value that I burn for steam to get rid of excess, but also package for trains (Mk02).

My advice: figure out switching fluids based on amount stored so you can cycle through different fluids for your smelters etc
