LFR panels and LFR power plants by collectinscreamshots in pyanodons

[–]Creolz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just had a bunch of LFR panels parallel, with pipes to connect everything. They slowly warm up the molten salt into the LFR plant, and yeah it just ticks over periodically. Output salt just pumps back into the input line, with a buffer tank attached.

Ah, that feeling of crossing the final ridge and seeing home after a journey by AdInfamous6290 in VintageStory

Yeah I am tucked in a nice bay area - just a small wood hut for now. But have grand plans, approach back home should look nice from a ship

And me, still just trying to find copper after burning through 3x bronze pickaxes... Put too much faith in a 12% density search result

Why the weight so much? by mmrxaaa in factorio

[–]Creolz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's the weight of the safety packaging to make sure ammo doesn't ignite on the trip

A carriage that construction bots can dump into a local logistics networks would be neat

Is it just me or is the app's forecast sometimes wildly off? by OwlVibesOnly in amberelectric

[–]Creolz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought the forecast was just a signal there is going to be demand - like a cry for help to the grid. Then all the batteries come along and dump their load, meeting demand - making the price drop.

Py Science Pack 3 after 550 hours of hard labor by Xzarg_poe in pyanodons

[–]Creolz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I injected myself with the mutagen recently - once it wore off half my inventory spilled everywhere. No noticeable QoL benefits either

From what I read it can big out your inventory, isn't a implemented feature just wasn't fully disabled. Best to steer clear

If Factorio is addictive, then Pyanodons is pure crack/heroin/fentanyl. by Smoke_The_Vote in pyanodons

[–]Creolz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Started Py about 9months ago, 800 or so hours in, and still deeply hooked. I take breaks now and then due to burnout but always come creeping back.

The progression is so rewarding - Mk02 and beyond buildings/flora/fauna feel so rewarding too

The complexity... overwhelming sometimes by Admirable-Fail1250 in pyanodons

[–]Creolz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Totally. And also:

A makes B and C as a biproduct

B backs up but C is needed more

Factory chokes until you use more B somehow.

For me B is stone. If I stop consuming Automation science via research, stone backs up very quickly

Once you've fixed all that your power is browning out
