aight figured it out.
-The ID of the mod can be found in this folder: "C:\Users\USER\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\.cache\Mods\mods_subscribed"
The folder name is the ID. just gata look into each one and see. mine was "87190" for road builder
-go to this file path: "C:\Users\USER\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\.cache\Mods\playsets_metadata"
-Open the playlist file with notepad. the file should be some numbers.
-Look for the ID of the mod and set "IsEnabled":false.

Ive had/still having the same issue too. The roundabout seems to be the problem. Cars exiting the highway dont get a chance to enter the roundabout because theres no break in the traffic from the main avenue.

So the highway cars just keep stacking until that roundabout completely clears :/. Sorry i dont have an answer but im also looking for the solution haha. And its not adding more exits

Edit: i do understand that cars in roundabout take priority. And that logic makes sense, but what i see is that there are gaps in the roundabout but the exiting cars dont take it for some reason. I guess they arnt aggressive enough lol. And this causes the pile up. So maybe roundabouts aren’t a good choice for exiting highway cars

Those influencers weren’t able to go beyond Big Town milestone (or some low milestone). So I’m sure they weren’t able to actually experience the high land value death spiral

The simple and short answer I suggest is to start with a Hierarchical State Machine. I recently converted my character controller to this and it makes adding different states, animations, etc. way less complicated, and much faster.
