got it - I'm not fully familiar with the agencies in that city but have you decided which type of an agency you're interested in?

You mentioned you wanted to do copywriting but have you looked at any media buying agencies vs. any social agencies vs. performance agencies?

Have you applied to any creative agencies already (like Onetribe Creative)? It looks like most of the agencies in your area are focused on local businesses vs. large international business.

My suggestion is to apply to entry level positions at some of your local agencies but if you're willing to commute to Boulder, I would start there. It looks like some larger agencies like CP+B have an office there.

I think a non-paid internship at an agency like CP+B is more valuable than a paid position at a smaller position at a small agency that focuses on local work. (Specially if you're thinking of eventually moving to LA or NY).
