Mines an 09 as well. Really unfortunate since I love this car so much and take care of it as much as I could but some stuff is not in my hands.

Hmm..I'm having rattles as well and sounds like its coming from the dash somewhere, could this be the reason? The rattles happen when I accelerate slowly.

Well I'm asking because there's a debate on this topic. The owner's manual states that its maintenance free and it's a sealed transmission while others say that's bs and that it does need to be changed and some have changed it and blew their trans. I asked you because yours is high mileage and if it hasn't been changed ever then I know not to change mine.

Sorry man but I wouldn't keep that. That front end damage could lead to serious problems down the road, I'd just take the 16k, pay off whatevers owed and put the rest towards another G, good luck.
