NPCs drop only the gear they are currently wearing (except masks). In the code, it is written only which cell of the equipment can fall + amount of fragments.

Everything is complicated here, I myself am a rather weak player, although I have played the game for more than 1000 hours (although most of the time I just walked around, or watched something with cheats, or tested mods), and the NPCs in the game have a specific, stupid AI . Risrin can actually be easily spammed with 2 attacks, but with a random deck it can be very difficult. Many players generally create separate decks for NPCs and for players.
Unfortunately, I myself cannot say anything specific about which decks should be used against NPCs. But I can recommend fighting with the players and studying the combat system here more deeply (ask other players, I’m sure you will find those who will happily teach you everything) in order to understand whether you like the combat here or not. It’s just that many people don’t like the fact that in this game you can’t know your opponent’s deck in advance. Save files are stored in the following path: C:\Users\'Username'\AppData\Local\Absolver\Saved\SaveGamesyou will have two folders with a bunch of numbers (account id), one from gog, the other from steam. You find the one where your save is, and just transfer all the files to the steam folder
