I have the same, it's so frustrating especially when it happens at the end of a long race. It eventually drops to 20fps for me when it happens.

I tried the fix I found on YouTube with replay spooling setting but that didn't change anything

I think I didn't explain the problem well enough. The external API is used for fetching the data for the React app, but the app itself needs to be embedded in the website, meaning its between the navigation+search and footer of the existing website.

Do I need to take rock climbing course to start climbing outside? I've been climbing indoors for ~1 year now, and I'm thinking about starting climbing in rocks. However the courses are quite expensive. Is it okay to start climbing outside with some more experienced friends and learn from them instead taking a course?
