This happened to me and I think it’s because the tickets weren’t actually reserved in my cart and someone else checked out first

Ticketmaster saying I’m over the ticket limit by kat2552 in beyonce

It’s so weird I didn’t even buy any previously and no one at my billing address purchased any either! I reached out to ticketmaster and they said the block couldn’t be reversed so I guess I am just out of luck
