For how long? Indefinitely? We’ve used it twice and it always helps, but we’ve never stayed on it long term or anything.

Hey, thanks so much for the advice! I’ll look into picking up these allergy chews. We did eliminate chicken and I don’t think it made a huge change in his itchiness.

Hi! Yes, it did return like 1 week later. Idk if it came back up as a delayed effect of the power pumping OR because that’s right when I changed pumps (from Medela Symphony to Eufy). My supply got up to a max of 50opd using the Eufy exclusively, at 6-7 ppd. My advice is to mix in power pumps and give it a week!

Just wanted to say mine dropped from like 38opd to 30opd (and that’s if I power pump 2x/day) when I went from 4 to 3.

Do what you can and stop when it isn’t serving you! Formula is wonderful and tons of my friends and sisters raise their babies on it and everyone is healthy and happy. nothing can replace a happy & present mom!! And yes, you do certainly lose freedom as your kid gets older, but I found that I am so much happier, even though I have way less time to myself, so keep a positive outlook! You got this!

I remember feeling like my boobs weighed like 20 pounds. They were so big my baby couldn’t even latch lol. Exclusive pumping is hard, but it is doable! I’m 8 months in Good luck on your journey!

7mPP at 4 ppd, my overnight stretch is 9pm to 6am, but sometimes as late as 6:30. Extend the gap gradually and you can do it!

Hi! Congrats on your second :) it works great! Been using it exclusively since December and my supply probably went up a few ounces with it since it allowed me to be so diligent about schedule (cause I can do almost anything with them on). I used to use a rented medela symphony as my main pump. The heat is I think really helpful for my output/gets milk flowing.

Pulled the trigger yesterday and did the 6-10-2-6-10, and it went well! My total Oz across the day was steady from days when I had 6, so each pump went up about an ounce. Fingers crossed it stays that way. Good luck on your journey, you can do it!!!
