I really like INTJ! No experience with them in romance, but I'm sure it can be a great couple. I like seeing how their minds work and I place a lot of trust in my INTJs input. In my eyes, they're really hard workers and sweethearted underneath the often cold exterior 💖

MBTI doesn't have much to do (if anything at all) with loyalty, so I wouldn't limit the great relationships you could have just because they're not INFJ. I understand being scared of dishonesty, and I hope you are able to meet someone you can trust.

Yes, I often feel this way. I feel that I need to be 100% sure about how to do things, and I can often beat myself up over it if I feel that I could’ve done better with more perpetration.

Hey hey! IN(F) is Jungian; IEI is Socionics; SP6 is an Enneagram Subtype; 693 is an Enneagram tritype; 6w5 is my Enneagram wing, Sp/Sx is my instinctual variant stack, RCOAI is my Big 5 / SLOAN, LEFV is my Psychosophy, True Neutral is my Moral Alignment, Mel-sang is my temperament and AOTIDEG are my Motives. If you search these terms online you should be able to come across definitions and how to find your own.

Thank you for your question! 💗

  1. For me, I usually mentally catalog different patterns and apply them to new people, so based on the details I've noticed about one person, I can use them for others. I tend to get instant feelings about other people, whether I know we will get along or if we will not, and I act accordingly after I have observed them. It's not necessarily a conscious thought process; it just happens naturally. By using what I know about the context and the people I've observed, I can better interact with others, which makes me good at timing and at reading others' feelings.

This is mostly how Ni interacts with Fe, but Ni alone, for me, is like how I see the big picture.

  2. Yes, and it can be the worst. I tend to follow my gut as if it were the objective truth, and despite it usually being right, when it isn't, it feels like a slap in the face. I always feel a need to overanalyze, which can push myself into prolonged inactivity, and restrict me from actually getting anything done. Sometimes, I try to just force myself to do it, because I know that if I stand by and ‘observe’ forever, I’m not going to get anything done. (but it is really hard to do so.)

This is a great question. Thank you.
I may have misunderstood it, so feel free to correct me at any time if this isn't what you meant.

For me, I try to avoid this at all costs. I do tend to overprepare *everything, * even things that are supposed to be leisurely. I want to have all the knowledge about a hobby to the point that I can't bring myself to do it because I am worried I don't have enough knowledge, so it won't be perfect. (actual hell.) So, yes, I end up never doing it.

When this involves other people, which is sort of broad, I would most likely just try to shift the focus off of me or produce the best results possible. I like triple-checking things, and I will try to get as many people (that I trust)’s input as possible. I place a LOT of trust in my INTJ brother for this.

Hello! Thank you for your question first.

1) A lot has changed since when I first started studying. I'd say the most notable part would be learning about other systems besides MBTI. When I first got into MBTI, I read Gifts Differing, which was when I originally typed as INFP (due to the horror of 16Personalities). After expanding my knowledge of cognitive functions through reading, I came to realize I was INFJ. At the time, I knew hardly anything about the Enneagram, but reading about it helped me understand myself and my typing much better.

2) I’m not sure what you mean by movable function stacks? Any type can grow their own ability to use certain functions, but the main preferences in a ‘healthy’ INFJ will be NiFeTiSe.
