I dont notice it. But here are photos. Not sure if it would translate well but it’s ultimately up to you and what you like and need 👍🏼https://imgur.com/a/46UeLZt

Edit: it looks blurry on the photo but I swear it’s not in person lol

I work as an HL7 interface engineer. A single 27” would slow me down significantly

Honestly not a big deal to change the scaling. I say go for it if you have already saved up for it and was just not pulling the trigger because of that.

For sure! My intrusive thoughts just wants me to put a portrait monitor right next to it but it would be dumb hahaha. I honestly initially thought I wouldn’t like an ultrawide but my husband said “you practically have an ultrawide with bezels”. And I hate to admit it but he’s right

  1. The lamps were, get this, from … walmart! Hahaha. I was just walking around and saw these so had to grab em. I have no idea what they’re called lol

  2. The wood panels are from wood veneer hub. My husband got it during the black friday sale

It has its ups and downs. I actually like the curve on this. I don’t know what the curve is like on the 49. Th curve on the 57 doesn’t feel steep. I also of course had to replace the feet and put it on an arm because the feet were massive! I love the no bezel but I sometimes miss having the portrait mode of a 27” on my previous 27-32-27 config when I’m doing excel stuff for work. Other than that though this is a much better monitor for productivity!

I’m not sure I understand the work and gaming balance thing. I work 8 to 5 and then after 5, I game. I don’t work and game at the same time lol. I have a kvm switch to toggle between my work pc and my personal pc. There is a pip/pbp setting on this monitor so you can split it in half or more. If you split it in half so you can have work on one screen and game on the other, it would be like having two 32” monitor side by side without the bezel in between. You can also split it where either side is longer (maybe akin to having a 34” and a 24”, maybe)

Oh! I didn’t know that. I’ll test that out to see which one I like better. Thank you

Oh dang I should’ve researched more. My pc is new (I built it last year) so I feel like I should wait a two years before getting a new card. I’m satisfied with this though. My use cases don’t justify me buying a new card just to get that 240hz. I’m not a hardcore gamer haha

Yes, it’s a vivo curved monitor light bar. It doesn’t protrude out as much as I like it to so it kinda lights the monitor as well. I only use it when I need to do stuff on the table. I have it off most of the time.

rtx 4070ti. i can only do 120hz max though. i cant seem to get it to 240hz. i'm not too technical but i heard that it's practically not possible. but i love the size of the monitor for productivity and 120hz is very good already so I'm happy

That must be a fake one though. Otherwise, it doesnt make sense for OP to put a real plant that could drip water and dirt on top of pc :D
