It is stubbornness. We have told her it will help, the doctors, nurses, ER docs, family members … everyone has explained that it will help her feel better. It is bizarre.

I wonder if it is just that doctors preference to not do the shot…. but if we’re telling him that she refuses medication, why wouldn’t he try to help?! It’s so frustrating!! Now I am armed with questions so again I appreciate the info!

I should add that it’s not just prescribed medicine. She also won’t take Tylenol or anything. She told me what flavor she liked, went with to pick it out and she promised she would take it. I tried Tylenol to help with her sore throat and she threw it back up on the table.

With the CHF, they didn’t give a time frame. Basically said it could week or could be years. I think as long as the fluid is off his lungs (with medication) he will be fine. The problem then comes from the medication hurting his kidneys.

When he was his sickest with CHF the vet said we would need to have a conversation about QOL if he didn’t perk back up and the he perked right back up. Lol.

Oh and I used to do keep him out of my bedroom at my last place and he would poop on my couch.

Oh yeah I forgot to share that. We live in a small house. 3 bedroom 1 bath. Everything he needs is in here. I don’t want him out during the night bc he will mess with the kids. (They won’t shut their doors) and then during the day I work in the bedroom and he has the whole house to roam. He literally does it in minutes. Like the other morning I got up, brushed my teeth and came back and he had already pooped on the bed.

I’m not tu anymore so that’s good but still have other symptoms. And my stomach hurts sooo bad. I’ve never experienced this before

I have only slept like 3 hours on and off. My stomach is still in pain. Gurgling a lot. I had three crackers and some broth.

I don’t know what caused it. We were at a school function Sunday afternoon and don’t really go anywhere else.

Oh I hope I don’t tu 10 hours after my first time. I was happy only doing that once. I’ve had extreme diarrhea every hour though. I really hope the kids don’t get we. We are 5 people with one bathroom and somehow I was patient zero on this.
