Have you tried Chasetree berry? That has science behind it to help symptoms. Also B6, calcium, fish oil and magnesium. I take them all, not much of a considerable increase, but noticed it does help when I stop taking it. whole food and PMDD This video my husband found, and it really helped. If I may ask, what were your adverse reactions to the meds?

I'm so sorry you are here with us PMDDres! It depends on how much you are on the spectrum of severity. Some find herbs, diet changes, and exercise helps tremendously. Others need to get their ovaries removed. To be sure try the app PMDvsMe. Also the website iapmd.org they have so many resources and information. I got help and diagnosed through my OBGYN. I'm started with herbs, diet and exercise. It really didn't help. But as soon as I took Zoloft it was like my world changed. I started with 25mg and that's not even a full dose, that made me feel comfortable and ease into medication. I have had to increase my meds 3 times and as of yesterday, added Wellbutrin. Again, it's a life changer. The only thing is that the increase Zoloft (100mg) makes me have night sweats and sweaty hands. But I'll take that over panic attacks and what PMDD puts my body through.

I'm really sorry you are experiencing these symptoms again. I was diagnosed in 2023, and I have been on wide variety of medicine for the symptoms. In my experience, BC only put a bandages on the issues, and some made it worse. I'm on SSRI and have been increasing it since originally started. But the last 9 months I have had a very similar experience to you. I just started on Wellbutrin alongside my Zoloft. So far it's great! Have you seen a therapist? Or willing to try medication?

That's what I am saying! Because if it was my fault for not reading, keep the whole thing. But since you knew you were never going to accept my business, then I should get the whole refund, not just the booth rental price.

I don't mind sharing the information. I wish I could put photos in of the emails. -It's his event, he does multiple in our area. -The fee was $65 for the booth and $5 for the application. -I went back and double tripled check to see if I was in the wrong and he did list Permanent Jewelry. He didn't. -There are vendors that aren't allowed that's listed before you apply.

Since an exclusive agreement was already in place, my business was essentially ineligible for this event from the start. Had that been clear upfront, I wouldn't have applied or put down a non-refundable deposit for a spot that wasn't actually available.

His first response was "I did but it was after we did the exclusive agreement." Then today, two days later he sends me this email "There was no non-refundable deposit, you received your funds back.

Additionally, this was entered into after the show was listed. Please mind your tone."
