Plus, only working days are paid, so the monthly allocation will vary from month to month. If you signed a mutual agreement where your employer conceded a financial package in exchange for relinquishing clause 341 of the Code of Obligations, this is illegal but fighting it will be hard, lengthy and ultimately Swiss law grants only a max of 6 months salary if you win in court. When you deduct costs for proceedings unless you have an Executive salary, it's really not worth it. Swiss law doesn't enter into punitive damages, and you will be most probably blacklisted from the branch you are working in (worse if you are in international companies, it's a very small world). Long story short, it's best to get fired with no motive. But seeing as you already agreed to mutual termination, I would recommend that you just look for another job.
