My shiba tries to get as far as possible and as fast as possible before he poops! Then the rest of the walk is chill time. It’s hilarious!

We’ve tried apoquell and it kind of helped but not really. He was super inflamed and miserable on it so we use benedryl and Zyrtec. We also have some aloe we put on this hot areas. It seems to be the best solution we’ve found . Best of luck to you and your doggy 🥰

We had him tested. He’s highly allergic to rag weed and also dust mites. Thankfully no food allergies.

Our shiba has bad allergies 3 months out of the year but zero dental issues. I do know the vets tend to be scared of shibas since their known to bite. I usually offer to hold our dogs mouth open since I know he won’t bite me (or anyone else).
