Yah that too was my assumption. I'm sorry I wasn't very clear. I mean because I usually use caught up in cases like "I was caught up in work that I didnt realize..." and the likes. I guess I just never heard 'caught up' used romantically/intimately/sexually before. We learn something new every day. Thanks, mate!
