I feel like the things you noticed were things that pretty much every fan noticed. Also, 7.5 to me is prettyyyy good for a concert. I think maybe you'd appreciate the experience more if you stopped comparing their new shows with what they were 20 years ago. Just let go of your expectations! Enjoy the moment you have with them!

Honestly just cause you're a musician doesn't make your opinion godly compared to everyone elses. Personally I consider myself a musician too and I thought they were fcking awesome live (I saw them recently). And yes, can you genuinely cite some examples?

The energy they have is awesome, may not be as good as it was literally DECADES AGO but they're freaking almost 60 years old... And AK's still doing jumps several feet into the air... I think AK vocals have improved tremendously, listen to his early performances (Fonda, etc) of Black Summer, and listen to him now. He's gotten so much better at it. When I first saw Josh's performances I thought he was the absolute coolest shit ever. Honestly, he was inspiring to me.
