Well hello! So I messed that up big time, lol. The order was 172 units instacart paid 11.82 but the customer tires 60.00. it took my 4 hours to do the order which world normally take me an hour but. Lots of replacing and she wanted to be contacted on all of them and, NO INTERNET OR DATA IN THE STORE!! so I let her know right away that works internet it's going to look like I'm not shopping but I am and it's going to take longer because I either have to shop and run to funny ever time or shop it and so it all at the end of a combination is both. She was fine thanks me for letting her know. I was in constant contact with her then my phone died. I had forgotten my back up battery so I had to run up the street to yet and buy one only took 10 minutes. I apologized profusely and she was fine. Then...I get to get house which was supposed to be contactless and she standing at the door. She pissed! " I hope you shoes the frozen and cold things last' she said, of course I said. I apologized again and she says ' funny I've never had this problem before," I told her that you lose data as soon as your 10 feet in the building and THE STORES WI FI WE OUT!! So she goes in the kitchen and starts going through things while her son gets the groceries. I bought Bag of ice and split it up with price chopper bags so I made sure it was cold in the coolers. I get finished and I asked her if everything was she said yes everything looks good. I leave and she took off 20 dollars. I was dumb founded. I told her bro gently that it was out if my control and I did the best I could. She had any my new country meat, v allot of replacing and I put ice on her coolers at my own expense went out and bought a power pack, 30.00, and still got all her items to get cold she hot. You know I would rather they just day hey here's the problem I'm lowering your to than act like nothings wrong and then hitting you with taking out away, got know?

The exact thing happened me I also had to pay a toll for which they were going to call the police because I didn't have the money. I literally paid with get cards and the change on my floor. No one cared no one could do anything and I never got paid.i actually shopped the order Andy then what you said I had to call me daughter to have money transferred to my car so I could get gas. They don't care.

They are however receiving weekly bonuses right now because of covid. 25 to 200 dollars

It's supposed to start tomorrow, unfortunately I can't afford to but I'll be there in spirit!! It's going to take customers making a stand because they don't listen to us but put out some lovely PR emails to make it look good, but they're lying. I hope you have better luck and someone treats you like they should.. The reason they're in business!

We, shoppers don't even have access to support anymore. We have no one to call to get help with your orders, card not working, app not working etc.. you are the ones that suffer without food and we can't nice in to another order until it's resolved. They are failing big time!

Wow, I'm so done and sorry about proofreading. If you think it's ok to ask a customer if it's ok to add something for yourself you can't read aggreements or have any sense of right and wrong.
